Extended Battery Installation
Connect both power banks via the Extended Battery port located on the back of the battery units.
Please use XT60 connection wire only.
Extended Battery Connection
Installation Procedure
Connect both batteries via the EXTENDED Battery connection port on the back of the battery units. A dedicated XT60 cable is included and must be used to connect both batteries together.
Please ensure that the main battery pack is NOT charging while connecting the Extended battery pack.
On the back of the Extended battery pack, two ports are available. Both work the same and synchronize the battery with the main battery unit (6200LFP).
Power Core Extended 13400LFP will not charge when connected directly to a power source such as a car cigar charger or via hardwire to a fuse box.
This battery pack operates and charges only via the Extended Battery port with the main battery unit (6200LFP/HW).
The main battery unit fully controls and shares power/capacity with the Extended battery pack.
Discharge to 0% → Charge to 100%
- Connect extended battery pack via EXT Batt. port to your 6200LFP unit.
- Discharge batteries to 0% using your dash camera.
- Recharge normally. Power will be shared automatically.
Charging Time
Charging time increases when the Extended battery pack is connected:
- One Extended battery pack requires approx. +2 hours (≈3 hours total).
- Using 6200LFP (cigar version) requires approx. +3 hours (≈4 hours total).
XT60 Extended Port Cover
In the product box you will find an XT60 Extended Port Cover. Please cover any unused connection port.
Covering the unused port prevents oxidation, moisture exposure, and accidental short circuits.
Multiple Extended Battery Packs
The Extended battery capacity is 2x larger than the main battery. When connected, total capacity becomes 3x larger.
You can connect additional Extended battery packs using the dedicated EXT Battery connection ports.
Charging Indicator
The Green LED on the main battery unit (6200LFP/HW) indicates the charging level of all connected batteries.
Important Safety Notice
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation. Secure the battery firmly inside the vehicle to prevent movement or impacts.
Avoid direct sunlight, water exposure, and temperatures above 65°C. Use only genuine accessories included with the product.
Do not store fully discharged power banks for more than 6 months.
Fully charged system (main + extended) can be stored up to 2 years.
Maintenance & Usage Guidelines
- Use the power bank regularly.
- Avoid leaving the power bank fully discharged for longer than 6 months.
- A fully charged power bank can be stored unused for up to 2 years. If stored, it is recommended to recharge it to 100% before use.
- If the GREEN LED slowly blinks when the power bank is fully charged, the internal cell calibration process is in progress. This is normal. It is recommended to leave the power bank connected to the power source (up to 5 hours) until the GREEN LED stays solid. If this is not possible, the device can still be used, but full capacity will not be available until calibration is complete.
- Avoid temperatures higher than 65°C.
- Install the power bank in the coolest location inside the vehicle, preferably under the seats or in the boot.
- Do not install the power bank in the engine bay.
- Avoid direct sunlight. Excessive heat can reduce battery capacity, especially during summer.
- The product is protected against low temperatures (below 0°C). Using the battery in cold environments will not cause damage.
- Avoid moisture and water exposure.
- During installation and hardwire setup, ensure cables do not interfere with vehicle safety systems such as airbags.
- Secure all cables properly. Ensure they do not touch sharp edges and are protected against movement or vibration.
- If installed under a seat, ensure seat rails cannot damage cables during seat adjustment.
