Built for real automotive conditions, not just specification sheets
Power-Core Systems develops high-performance power banks and custom DC/DC charging modules for vehicles, dashcam parking mode systems and demanding daily-use electrical environments.
Our design approach is based on reliability, stable charging behavior, predictable runtime and long-term durability – with engineering decisions shaped by real electronics experience.
What makes our systems different
Our products are engineered around real automotive constraints: unstable electrical systems, vibration, moisture, temperature extremes and long service intervals.
Instead of treating a power bank as a generic consumer accessory, we design it as a device that has to behave predictably inside a vehicle for years, not just pass a short feature list.
- Reverse polarity protection on every unit
- Low-temperature charging protection below 0°C
- Large-format cylindrical LiFePO4 cells
- REGEN engine-start support on selected models
- EU-based warranty and service handling
- Charging systems based on Analog Devices (LTC)
Electrical protection
Every power bank includes protection against incorrect polarity. In practical use, accidental reverse connection does not destroy the system. We also block charging below 0°C, because LiFePO4 chemistry is robust in use but should not be charged at sub-zero temperatures.
Cell architecture & charging logic
We prefer large cylindrical LiFePO4 cells over heavily paralleled low-cost pack structures. Charging control is based on established controller families such as Analog Devices LTC, chosen for efficiency, predictable behavior and proper fault reporting.
Mechanical durability
Aluminium housings, PCB protection coating and selective adhesive stabilization of vibration-sensitive components help reduce micro-cracks, moisture-related issues and long-term fatigue inside automotive environments.
Real service support
We provide 2-year warranty coverage with EU-based logistics. If service is required, the process is handled locally rather than forcing customers into unrealistic overseas returns.
Engineering background that matters
Our products are developed by engineers with experience from companies such as MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE and Sony Ericsson, as well as from advanced repair and diagnostics environments.
That combination gives us a practical advantage: we understand both how products should be designed and how they fail after years of real-world use. This allows us to make design choices focused on durability, not just performance on paper.
Since 2019, we have focused exclusively on power banks and custom DC/DC charging modules, refining one product category instead of spreading across unrelated consumer electronics.
- Experience in design, diagnostics and repair-oriented analysis
- Focused only on power banks and DC/DC charging systems
- Built for real vehicles, vibration and long service life
- Development driven by engineering feedback, not trend-based redesigns
Built and supported by the manufacturer
Many brands in this category operate on a rebranding model. We do not. Our products are built under direct engineering control, which means support, diagnostics and long-term service are based on real product knowledge.
No generic rebranding
We do not build our business on anonymous imported units with a changed logo. Product decisions, revisions and support come from direct familiarity with the hardware.
European service practicality
Inspection, support and repair can be handled within Europe, without the uncertainty, delay and shipping cost typical of overseas return routes.
After-warranty support
Where technically feasible, we continue supporting products beyond the warranty period, including diagnostics, repair assessment and practical technical guidance.
Manufacturer-level expertise
Support is based on manufacturing-side knowledge, not only sales-side knowledge. That makes problem diagnosis faster and more meaningful.
Reliability by design
We make deliberate engineering decisions to improve long-term reliability in moisture-exposed, vibration-prone and temperature-variable automotive environments.
- 2-year warranty backed by charging behavior optimized for lifespan and thermal stability
- Protective PCB coating to reduce the impact of humidity, contamination and thermal stress
- Hybrid capacitors selected for improved endurance in automotive electrical conditions
- Package and layout choices aimed at reducing vibration-related solder fatigue
- Selective adhesive reinforcement of components exposed to mechanical stress
- Protection paths designed to reduce uncontrolled cascading failure across the system
Component selection and internal quality
We use proven components from established semiconductor manufacturers, including Analog Devices (LTC), Monolithic Power Systems, Infineon and Sharp.
Our goal is not to chase the cheapest bill of materials, but to build around well-known, stable and trusted parts with predictable behavior and long-term engineering confidence.
Internal design quality is not hidden behind sealed plastic. Our modules are built as serious, service-conscious devices intended for demanding use.

Why we moved EU production to Germany
In 2025, we expanded with an EU-based branch and local production in Germany to improve pricing stability, logistics and manufacturing control for European customers.
More predictable EU ordering
After Brexit, VAT, customs duties and handling fees became difficult to predict for many European customers. Local EU operations reduce that uncertainty and create a more stable purchasing experience.
Better production conditions
Germany offers stronger access to electronic components, a more stable supply-chain environment and better production planning conditions for long-term manufacturing consistency.
Faster logistics and service
With EU-based handling, delivery, service and support become more practical, faster and easier to manage for customers across Europe.
Long-term pricing stability
Local infrastructure and more predictable operating conditions help us maintain stable pricing, product availability and better control over production lead times.
